As Founder and President, Todd puts the "Smith" in AdventureSmith Explorations. He has traveled throughout the world working as a guide and manager for small ship cruise lines and prominent ecotourism operators, and is an 13-time Condé Nast-awarded Top Travel Specialist.

Before joining AdventureSmith in 2015, Justin spent 20 years living and working in Alaska. He now manages AdventureSmith's relationships with 75 operator partners worldwide and leads our California-based sales and operations team.

Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, Jennifer helps maintain AdventureSmith's financial health and contributes to the leadership team. Her creativity and efficiency, coupled with a lifetime of travel and love for the outdoors, make her a natural fit for AdventureSmith. She has experience aboard 10- to 130-guest ships and owns a Catalina 320.
